The following refunds can be requested after purchasing Startup Streams lifetime membership:

You can request a full refund after purchasing, but before activating your account within 24 hours. Once you have activated your account, or after a 24 hour period, all refunds are void.

Single Business Purchase:

The following refunds can be requested after purchasing any single Startup Streams business (not including memberships):

You can request a full refund after you have purchased a single business, but before your first store is made for you and the invite to your store has been sent to you. Once this invite has been sent to you, all refunds are void. Note that If you wish to upgrade to a lifetime membership after purchasing a single business, you will need to purchase a full lifetime membership at the stated price on our website.

1-to-1 Marketing Consultation:

The following refunds can be requested after purchasing the 1-to-1 marketing consultation:

You can request a full refund no more than 72 hours prior to your marketing call being scheduled.
